What is the ruling regarding a wife continuing to memorize and review the Qur’an for one hour daily, if her husband is displeased with that, even though she does not neglect his rights or the rights of their children and chooses an appropriate time after completing all household chores?

A wife's obedience to her husband is obligatory, with the exception of matters that involve disobedience to Allah or cause harm to her. This is based on the principles: "There is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to Allah" and "There should be neither harm nor reciprocating harm." The husband should help his wife obey Allah and not prevent her from memorizing and reviewing the Qur'an, as this brings blessings and benefit to the family.
