It is not permissible to sever ties with the sister and other sisters if that is considered a severance of kinship ties. However, visits can be reduced and replaced with phone calls. The sister's bad character or her not visiting does not justify severing ties. If it is highly probable that visiting the sister will cause harm, then other forms of maintaining kinship ties can be resorted to instead of visiting. There is no harm in moving to another city to escape problems, while maintaining kinship ties remains obligatory. If visiting becomes difficult, it can be stopped while maintaining kinship ties through communication. Obedience to the father is obligatory, and one should not move if he needs his son. Swearing by Allah falsely is forbidden and is the 'Ghamus Oath' (perjured oath) which plunges its taker into Hellfire, and Allah may hasten its punishment in this world. It is not permissible to supplicate against oneself, one's children, or one's wealth.
