If the remaining sister is a full sister or a paternal sister, she inherits as asabah (residuarily) with the daughters and excludes the sons of brothers from inheriting at all. However, if she is a maternal sister, she does not inherit. In this case, the sons of full brothers inherit what remains after the daughters' share, and the sons of paternal brothers are excluded by the sons of full brothers. Due to the seriousness of inheritance matters, the case should be referred to the courts or religious scholars should be consulted to ensure accurate identification of heirs and the presence of any wills or debts.
