Does a woman deserve her full dowry if her husband kisses her in front of her family before consummation?

A man kissing his wife in front of people is contrary to modesty, and some scholars have deemed it a breach of chivalry (muru'a). Some scholars, like the Hanbalis, consider such a kiss to fully establish the dowry (sadaq) for the wife, because it is a type of enjoyment that obligates the dowry, similar to sexual intercourse.
