Is it permissible to swear by "By God, so-and-so will not do such-and-such" inside the lavatory, especially if it was in a moment of anger?

It is disliked to mention Allah Almighty in the restroom because it goes against proper manners and reverence. However, if one swears an oath there, their oath is binding. As for an angry person, if they are conscious, their oath is binding. But if they lose consciousness due to extreme anger, they are like an insane person, and their oath is not binding. If they do not lose consciousness, their oath is binding, and they must offer expiation for breaking an oath if they violate it.
