What is the ruling on swearing by " 'alayya al-haram" (it is forbidden for me) to do something and then doing it, and swearing by "wallahi" (by God) not to long for something and then longing for it, and swearing by "wallahi" not to move from a job and then moving and returning?

Swearing by other than Allah is forbidden. As for swearing by Allah, it is permissible, provided it is not done excessively. It is recommended to respond to someone who has sworn you to something, and if you do not respond, the one who swore is obliged to offer expiation according to the majority of scholars. Ibn Taymiyyah elaborated, stating that if one swears concerning someone whose obedience is expected, there is no expiation. However, if someone swears not to do something and then does it, expiation is required. The expiation for an oath is feeding ten needy persons, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If one cannot find these, then fasting three days.
