Does divorce occur if a husband tells his wife: "If you actually take it, consider yourself divorced, for you will not be good after this"?

If the husband says to his wife: "Consider yourself divorced," then this is a metaphorical expression (kinayah) by which divorce does not occur except with intention, according to the more preponderant opinion. The spouses should avoid words that threaten the family structure. Furthermore, it is not permissible for the wife to dispose of her husband's money except with his permission, or with a legitimate justification, or if the money is a trust held by her.
