What is the share of the paternal grandfather (father's father) and the paternal grandmother (father's mother) in the inheritance, given the presence of a pregnancy of the deceased's full brother's wife?

If the deceased leaves no heirs other than a paternal grandmother, a paternal grandfather, and a fetus (of a full brother), then the grandmother receives one-sixth as a prescribed share (fard), and the remainder goes to the grandfather by way of residuary inheritance (asabah). The fetus (son of the full brother) receives nothing, as he is completely excluded (mahjub hirman) by the grandfather if he is male. If the fetus is female, she is not among the inheritors anyway.

Thus, the inheritance is divided into six shares: one share for the grandmother and five shares for the grandfather.
