For a young boy in a state of ihram, it is permissible for him to see what is commonly exposed of a woman, such as her face, neck, hands, and feet, provided that the clothes are not tight or transparent. As for a girl, a woman's awrah (what must be covered) in front of her is the area between the navel and the knee. Therefore, it is permissible for a woman to wear clothes in front of her that cover this area, provided they are not tight or transparent.
