Is it permissible for a man afflicted with vitiligo to use henna to cover the affected areas and to treat it psychologically and externally?

There is no objection to using henna to treat vitiligo or to cover its spots with it, for both men and women, due to the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "Seek treatment, for Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has sent down a cure for it; whoever knows it, knows it, and whoever is ignorant of it, is ignorant of it."
