If the deceased's heirs are limited to his sons, daughters, and wife, then his estate is divided as follows: the wife receives one-eighth as her prescribed share (fard), and the remainder is divided among the sons and daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females. As for the two plots of land, they can be divided by one of three methods: usufructuary partition (muhayah), mutual agreement and consent (muradah wa al-ittifaq), or drawing lots (qur'ah).
