How is an estate consisting of a farm, an apartment building, and a house to be divided among a mother, three sons, and eight daughters according to Islamic Sharia, with a clarification of each heir's share and an estimation of the financial value of each share?

If the "mother" is the wife of the deceased who left children, then she receives one-eighth after the will and debt. The remainder is divided among the children, with the male receiving the share of two females, as stated in the Almighty's saying: "And for them [wives] is one fourth of what you leave if you have no child; but if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may] make or debt."

However, if the "mother" is the mother of the deceased who left children, then she receives one-sixth of the inheritance, due to the Almighty's saying: "And for his parents, for each one of them is a sixth of what he left if he had a child."

For matters of inheritance, it is recommended to refer to the Sharia courts or specialized scholars.
