The answer

It is not permissible for a worker to falsify data or distort facts, whether or not the employer instructs him to do so, because Allah Almighty says: "So avoid the impurity of idols and avoid false statement," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "He who deceives is not of us," and "Beware! And false speech and false witness." Any money obtained through this deception is forbidden () and must be spent on the welfare of Muslims or given to the poor and needy. It is not permissible to remain in this job unless leaving it would lead to ruin, while actively seeking a job free from deception and falsification, and striving to avoid deception. For whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better.
