The cure for distress and anxiety is through the Prophetic supplication: "O Allah, I am Your servant, the son of Your servant, the son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand..." Through this, Allah removes worry and sorrow and replaces it with relief. As for diseases for which medicine has found no cure, their treatment is as follows:

1. Optimism and lack of anxiety, for many people suffer from more severe illnesses. 2. For every disease there is a cure, and Allah has placed a cure for every ailment except old age. 3. The best medicine is supplication, for Allah is near and answers the call of the supplicant. This involves seeking Allah's response and believing in Him. 4. Affliction with illnesses expiates sins and erases evil deeds.
