Is it wrong for a man to marry a woman older than him, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did?

It does not harm a marriage for the woman to be older than the man. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, married Khadijah when she was forty years old and he was twenty-five. A man should seek out a righteous, religious woman, even if she is older than him in terms of childbearing age and youth. Age should not be a defect or an excuse as long as both spouses are righteous.
