The husband should sleep with his wife in one room, and he should spend on her even if she is wealthy. The wife must respond to her husband's call to bed unless there is a legitimate شرعي excuse; tiredness is not an excuse. It is preferable for the wife to pray for her husband's righteousness, advise him gently, and seek the help of someone whose counsel he accepts.
