The answer

A wife's obedience to her husband in what is right and her good devotion to him are among the reasons for her entry into Paradise, as stated in the : "If a woman prays her five [daily prayers], guards her chastity, and obeys her husband, she will enter Paradise from any gate she wishes." This obedience is restricted by the limits of Islamic law; it is not due in matters that contradict the , harm the woman, or exceed her capacity. It is only obligatory in matters of marriage and related affairs. Therefore, there is no sin upon you for leaving your husband's bed with his permission to sleep with your children, as they need you. The relationship between spouses should be based on affection, mercy, understanding, mutual assistance, and consideration for each other's circumstances.
