Is it permissible to sell medicines that are cut in the pharmacy into individual pills at a higher price than their price per strip, or must the price of the individual pill be calculated based on the original strip price?

The fundamental pillar of a sale is the mutual consent between the seller and the buyer regarding the price and the item sold, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿O you who have believed, do not consume one another's property unjustly, but only [in lawful] trade by mutual consent.﴾ [An-Nisa: 29]. And in the Hadith (definition): "Indeed, a sale is by mutual consent." Therefore, if mutual consent is achieved on the price of the disc, there is no objection to selling it at the mutually agreed-upon price, whether this price is low or high. It is not necessary for individual items to be sold at the wholesale price. The merchant has the right to sell according to what brings him profit, and the workers should know that this resulting increase is not theirs, but belongs to the owner of the pharmacy.
