How can a person who is falling short in prayer due to their work in America rectify their deficiency?

Prayer is a great pillar of Islam, and abandoning it is an act of disbelief. Allah has warned those who abandon it, are lazy concerning it, or are negligent about it, with severe punishment, as He says: "Then, there succeeded them a generation who neglected prayers and pursued desires; so they are going to meet ghayyā (أو (evil/punishment" and His saying: "So woe unto those performers of salat (prayers) Those who are heedless of their prayers." Prayer is never waived for a Muslim. It is obligatory to be diligent in performing it at its prescribed times. Work that distracts one from prayer contains no good, and it must be abandoned, and one should seek other employment.
