Does praying Salaat al-Raghibah at home waive the need for greeting the mosque (Tahiyyat al-Masjid) during Fajr prayer?

Performing Salatul Raghibah at home does not suffice for the Two Rak'ahs of Greeting the Mosque (Tahiyyat al-Masjid) upon entering the mosque afterward. It is recommended to perform Tahiyyat al-Masjid due to the general command of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "When one of you enters the mosque, let him not sit until he prays two rak'ahs." However, if Salatul Raghibah is performed in the mosque, it is sufficient as a substitute for Tahiyyat al-Masjid.
