Will a father be held accountable for favoring his second wife and her children in inheritance, while dispossessing his other children, knowing that he deals poorly and rejects advice, and that the court did not respond to Allah's ruling in this case?

It is not permissible to favor children or wives in giving. If a father, during his lifetime, bestows a gift upon some of his heirs, and they legally take possession of it, then the gift is valid, and the recipient alone is entitled to it according to the majority of scholars. However, if the condition of possession is not met, then the gift is nullified, and the property becomes an inheritance to be divided among all heirs. It is recommended to handle this matter with gentleness and to remind those involved of Allah.
