How sound are the two Hadiths: "As you judge, so you will be judged," and "Pardon others, and your women will be pardoned," despite many scholars weakening them, and Al-Tabarani's narration of them with a good chain of transmission, and Al-Hakim's authentication of them?

The saying "as you judge, you will be judged" (كما تدين تدان) has been widely discussed. It is narrated that it originates from the Torah, and Al-Bayhaqi transmitted it in "Al-Asma' wa al-Sifat" with a weak chain of narration, and it has a supporting mursal report.
