Is a husband considered a cuckold if his Kitabiyyah wife (Christian or Jewish) goes out to the market place immodestly dressed, knowing that few of them observe hijab?

A husband must obligate his wife to wear the hijab when she leaves her home, whether she is a Muslim or a Woman of the Book, and whether she goes out with him or alone. He is not permitted to allow her to go out without covering her head, otherwise he commits a sin. His approval of her going out in such a state is considered "dayouthah" (pimping/cuckoldry). It is better for a Muslim to marry a righteous Muslim woman and avoid marrying women of the Book due to the legitimate شرعية concerns involved.
