What is the religious ruling regarding a husband who prays, yet looks at the private parts of others and their pictures, saves them on his phone, sends his pornographic pictures to another person, conceals this from his wife who does not fall short in her duties towards him, and declares that he cannot abandon that sin?

The husband's actions mentioned are reprehensible, and the wife bears no sin for them, as Allah Almighty says: "And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another." The wife should not despair of her husband's guidance, and she should remind him of Allah and warn him of the torment of the Hereafter, and pray for his guidance. There is no objection to seeking the help of psychiatry to treat his deviance. And she should adorn herself for him and attract his attention, with the caveat that spying on the husband and searching his phone is religiously forbidden.
