What is the ruling on a husband abandoning his first wife and giving her the choice between divorce or remaining in her children's home in exchange for money, knowing that he is married to two women and does not wish for the first wife to stay with him?

You must fulfill the rights of your first wife completely and be just between her and the second wife, even if each of them is in a different country.
Unless the first wife agrees to waive her right to stay overnight, she may do so. If she stipulates money in exchange for waiving her share, there is no objection according to the Malikis.
If the first wife does not agree to that and you do not reconcile, and you fear that you will not be just between them and you dislike living with her, then it is better to divorce her so that you do not wrong her.
