Does the grandchild become like the maternal uncle when his grandmother breastfeeds him?

A grandmother who breastfeeds her grandchild or anyone else becomes a mother to that child through suckling (رضاعة), and her sons and daughters become siblings to that child. The child's aunts' children become his maternal uncles (أخوال) through suckling. For suckling to establish prohibition and spread the حرمة (unmarriageability), it must consist of five full, satisfying sucklings.
