"Whoever suckles from the same breast, they are siblings through suckling. Therefore, it is impermissible for either of them to marry the other, or the other's child. Based on this, the questioner's suckling from his grandmother makes him a sibling through suckling to her daughter from a previous husband, due to their shared suckling from the grandmother's breast. The suckling that establishes حرمة (prohibition of marriage) must consist of five full, satisfying sucklings."
