Is it obligatory to fast 70 days for someone who can only tolerate fasting in Ramadan and finds it very difficult?

Missed fasting days must be made up before the next . If one delays making them up without a valid excuse until the next Ramadan begins, they must make up the missed fasts and offer the minor expiation (feeding one poor person for each day). However, if the delay was due to a continuous excuse (an illness from which recovery is not expected), then only feeding is required. If it was an excuse from which recovery is expected, then only making up the fasts is required. Severe hardship permits only feeding, such as in the case of a chronically ill person, while ordinary hardship does not permit this.
