Who inherits a deceased woman who has full siblings, full nephews, and paternal half-siblings? And who does not inherit?

If the deceased left no heirs except those mentioned, then her entire estate is to be divided equally among her full brothers. There is nothing for her half-brothers from the father's side, nor for the sons of her full brother; because they are completely excluded by the full brothers. Ibn Rushd said: "The scholars unanimously agreed that the full brother excludes the half-brother from the father's side, and that the half-brother from the father's side excludes the sons of the full brother." The heirs must be identified correctly and clearly.
