Is an unverified verbal divorce, which occurred under duress and in a critical psychological and health state that led to threats of self-harm, considered a divorce or not?

Divorcing a pregnant woman is a Sunnah divorce, and it takes effect if pronounced by the husband. Its occurrence does not require it to be in court or with the testimony of witnesses. As for threatening the wife with killing herself, if it is highly probable that she will act upon it, this prevents the divorce from taking effect, as it falls under duress that is recognized by Islamic law.
