Does a divorce issued by the husband under his wife's threat to kill herself take effect, given that he had previously divorced her twice, and 13 years have passed since the incident?

Divorce does not occur from the husband if he was coerced, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "No divorce in coercion (Ighlaq)." If the husband divorces his wife fearing that she will commit suicide, this is considered valid coercion, and therefore the divorce does not take effect. Thus, there is no harm in the continuation of the marriage. One must be wary of whispers (waswas) and ill-suspicion of the husband without evidence, as Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, avoid much [negative] assumption. Indeed, some assumption is sin."
