What is the ruling on wiping with the hand in Islam, and is there any concession regarding this matter?

Seeking blessings by beginning with the right side is a confirmed Sunnah (definition) of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He loved to start with the right side in his purification, his dressing, putting on his sandals, combing his hair, and in all his affairs, as narrated by Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her. This is sufficient to permit it, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "None of you truly believes until his desire is in accordance with what I have brought."
