Is the husband obliged to make up the days his deceased wife missed due to menstruation, knowing that he owes a month of fasting that he has not yet made up?

The husband must first fast to make up for what he missed, then fast the days owed by his deceased wife, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever dies and owes fasts, his guardian should fast on his behalf."
