Is the hadith, "Whoever recites Surat al-Ikhlas ten times, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise," authentic?

This Hadith was narrated by Imam Ahmad (3/437), and it is weak due to the weakness of its narrators: Ibn Lahi'ah, Rishdin ibn Sa'd, and Zabban ibn Fa'id. The Hadith revolves around Zabban ibn Fa'id, whom the Imams such as Ahmad, Ibn Ma'in, and Ibn Hibban deemed weak, while Abu Hatim said of him: "A righteous sheikh," and Al-Saji said: "He has Munkarat (denounced narrations)." This Surah is great and its virtue is immense, and it has been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that it is equivalent to one-third of the Quran.
