What is the ruling on cultural competitions where the winner receives an 'Umrah trip, and the funds for it are collected through donations from members?

There is no harm in organizing a religious or educational competition and granting an 'Umrah ticket to the winner from donated funds, provided that the donation was not made for the purpose of entering the competition and winning the prize, lest it become a form of gambling.
