How can a person precisely determine the time of death, even though this is among the knowledge of the unseen that only Allah knows, and what is the ruling of Islamic law on this statement?

Knowledge of the time of death is part of the unseen, which Allah has kept exclusively to Himself. No one knows it except Him, the Exalted, as stated in the Hadith of the "five keys to the unseen," mentioned in Al-Bukhari, which includes: "And no soul perceives in what land it will die." And whoever claims to know the time of a person's death is a liar, and whoever believes him is a disbeliever, due to the Almighty's saying: "Say, 'None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah.'" The statements transmitted about knowing the time of death are false, and their falsehood is evident from the fact that death can occur due to a cause external to bodily illness, and not everything reported from the West is necessarily true.
