Did the Prophet (peace be upon him) know when the Hour would be established?

The knowledge of the Hour is among the unseen matters that Allah the Almighty has exclusively kept for Himself, not disclosing it to any of His creation, including prophets, messengers, and angels. The texts of the Quran and Sunnah have affirmed this:

1. Allah the Almighty says: (They ask you about the Hour: when will be its appointed time? Say, "Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him.") (Al-A'raf/187); and His saying: (People ask you concerning the Hour. Say, "Its knowledge is only with Allah.") (Al-Ahzab/63); and His saying: (To your Lord is its final determination.) (An-Nazi'at/44). 2. Allah the Almighty says: (Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour) (Luqman/34), where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified that it is one of the five keys to the unseen that no one knows except Allah, as stated in the hadith of Abdullah ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both. 3. The famous Hadith of Jibreel, where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said to Jibreel when he asked him about the Hour: (The one questioned about it knows no more than the questioner) narrated by Muslim. 4. The hadith of Jabir ibn Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with them both, which he heard from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, a month before his passing: (You ask me about the Hour, yet its knowledge is only with Allah), which confirms that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, did not know its time.

Therefore, whoever claims to know the time of the Hour has lied against Allah and contradicted the explicit legal texts.
