What are the wisdoms manifested in the prohibition of cloning?

Human cloning is an abnormal method of reproduction, a deviation from the law of God, and an alteration of His creation, as Allah Almighty says: "And I will surely command them, and they will alter the creation of Allah."

Cloning also leads to the exposure of embryos to sale and disfigurement, and results in surplus embryos that either die or are implanted in the wombs of other women, which is impermissible religiously, ethically, and logically.

Furthermore, cloning leads to dispensing with marriage, encouraging abortion, destroying societies, and stripping humanity from human beings.

Therefore, the ruling that prohibits human cloning is the designated ruling necessitated by the rules and objectives of Sharia.
