Is it permissible, Islamically, to stop conception and to ejaculate outside the womb to avoid conceiving children who would suffer from a medical syndrome that causes poor eyesight, obesity, and an extra finger?
There is no harm in that, subject to the conditions mentioned in Fatwa No. 103372 and its related rulings. Ejaculation outside the womb is permissible with the wife's permission.
