Is ordering someone to commit suicide an act of disbelief (kufr), even if jokingly, by saying "the window is there" with the intention of them throwing themselves from it?

"Ordering suicide is one of the greatest evils, and the one who gives the order bears the burden of sin for those who follow him, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: 'Whoever calls to misguidance will bear the same amount of sin as those who follow him.' Merely ordering suicide is not disbelief (kufr), whether done seriously or in jest. Indeed, suicide itself is not disbelief, but it is forbidden (haram). And whoever orders evil or condones it is more blameworthy than one who remains silent about it."
