What is the ruling on working as a lawyer in a non-Islamic country, and what is the ruling on paying a bribe to a judge to save an accused person who does not deserve punishment, while receiving an additional reward?

It is not permissible to practice law in infidel, man-made courts or to seek their judgment, except out of necessity or to achieve significant, recognized interests. A Muslim is permitted to offer a bribe to clear himself of a false accusation.

A lawyer is an employee whose fee must be determined before commencing work, regardless of the outcome of the case, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) prohibition against hiring an employee until his wage is made clear.

If the client voluntarily gives the lawyer additional money after the case is successfully concluded, there is no harm in that. However, conditioning the fee on the success of the case is not permissible.
