What is the ruling on the presence of Muslim preachers in disrespectful places that include the unveiling of Muslim women?

Immodest display (tabarruj) is forbidden by Islamic law. A Muslim must clarify the truth and guide to what is right with wisdom and good admonition. The people most entitled to this are the callers to Allah. If those who have gone astray do not come to the callers, then the callers must go to them to clarify the truth for them and guide them to the right path, so that they may be absolved of their responsibility. This is their religious duty.
