The adornment display (tabarruj) by women is one of the reprehensible acts that must be changed according to one's ability. So, whoever has the authority to change it with their hand, let them do so. Otherwise, it should be through advice with wisdom and good admonition. If that does not work or is not possible, then denouncing it with the heart is the weakest form of faith. The questioner must change the reprehensible act by continuously advising. If the woman is a non-, then the advice should be conveyed through a woman from his mahrams or her mahrams.
