What is the ruling of Islamic law on dealing with a female manager who displays her adornments (mutabarrijah), towards whom the questioner sometimes feels an inclination, and whom he helps to watch things that violate Islamic law, while feeling weak in her presence?

A Muslim must avoid places of temptation, and the temptation of women is the most harmful to men. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have not left behind me any temptation more harmful to men than women," and "Beware of the world and beware of women, for the first temptation of the Children of Israel was concerning women." Allah has commanded lowering the gaze and guarding one's chastity. Therefore, you must leave the work that causes you to mix with immodestly dressed women, especially since there is an inclination towards them and a falling into forbidden acts, for this is a dangerous slippery slope. If you leave your work seeking Allah's pleasure, then Allah will provide you a way out and sustain you from where you do not expect, in accordance with His saying, the Most High: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
