Who inherits, and who does not inherit, from among the heirs of the deceased woman who left behind three sons, one daughter, and four daughters of her son who died before her, as well as their mother (the wife of the deceased son)? And what is the share of each?

The money is to be divided among the deceased's sons and daughter, with the male receiving double the share of the female, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The daughters of the previously deceased son and his wife do not inherit, as they are excluded by the direct offspring. Accordingly, the money is to be divided into seven shares: each son takes two shares, and the direct daughter takes one share.
