If a woman dies and leaves behind: a mother, a husband, four daughters, and five sons, then the inheritance is divided as follows:

The Mother: She receives one-sixth, based on the Almighty's saying: (And for his parents, each of them will have one-sixth of what he leaves if he has a child). The Husband: He receives one-fourth, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if they have a child, then for you is one-fourth of what they leave). The Remainder: It is divided among the sons and daughters, with the male receiving the equivalent of the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: (Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females).
