What does it mean when the majestic name "Allah" appeared on the site of wet cupping (hijama) on the head, after I performed cupping to treat headaches, depression, and anxiety?

These lines in the image are not the word "Allah" (the majestic word), but rather unclear lines resulting from the blood released during cupping. Even if they were clear, it might be a coincidence, because the word "Allah" is characterized by the ease of writing and imagining it with close-together lines. The mentioned narrations are very weak.
