What is the meaning of the presence of the name of Allah on the hand and seeing it in the clouds, and is the effacement of the name after the fall an act of wrath from Allah?

We ask Allah to heal you from what has afflicted you, and to make it a means for the forgiveness of your sins. For no Muslim is afflicted with toil, or illness, or worry, or grief, or harm, except that Allah expiates some of his sins thereby. And what has happened to you does not necessarily mean that Allah Almighty is angry with you. We advise you to seek forgiveness, stay away from sins, and increase in acts of obedience, for by doing so, Allah will protect you from all harm.
