Is the wife sinful if she prevents her husband from marrying another woman due to his negligence towards her in bed, knowing that she is displeased with his marriage to a second wife?

He is permitted to marry another if he can be just, and the wife has no right to prevent him unless she stipulated that in the marriage contract. The wife is not blameworthy for her displeasure with his second marriage, and there is no sin upon her if she asks him to forgo the marriage and he agrees. However, she would be sinful if she prevented him through unlawful means.
