Is it obligatory for the father to search for the planter of the olive trees on his land to pay their price and request a waiver of them, and do the heirs of the freed grandfather (mother's father) and the daughters of the grandfather Muhammad (father's sisters) deserve a share in the father's inherited land?

The matter of inheritances and shared rights is serious and complex and should be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that rights are delivered to their rightful owners. A mere fatwa is not sufficient in this regard.

1. It is impermissible to deprive daughters of their share of the inheritance. Whoever does so has exposed themselves to the wrath of Allah and transgressed His boundaries. Depriving any heir or preventing them from disposing of their share is among the major sins. This right does not lapse by prescription, and if the rightful claimant dies, their right transfers to their heirs. 2. If the deceased leaves behind male and female children, their entire share is divided such that the male receives the equivalent of the share of two females. 3. The ruling on olive trees planted in the land differs depending on whether the landowner's permission was obtained or not.
